This session is for current VIT mentors and staff wishing to take on mentoring in the future. It is the second of two sessions presenting the key elements of the VIT Effective Mentoring Program. In this session we will focus on:
- developing our understanding of the role of professional stance in effective mentoring practices
- the mindsets, dispositions, skills and capabilities required in mentors
- the VIT Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics
- key areas for VIT mentors to focus on when supporting PRTs through the VIT Inquiry process
